Brady is always really upfront with me and does an excellent and thorough job with the application. I have been with him for about a year and we’ve occasionally seen cobwebs here and there and maybe a dead spider or two (which means it’s working), but that’s almost unheard of considering our neighborhood is new construction and just built 30 homes on our street. We should have so many more pests than we do, but Pallas Pest has taken care of it and Brady has always offered to go above and beyond. Highly highly recommend!
